Birmingham’s biggest cocktail celebration is back for 2026, and the Merlin’s coven is officially part of the ritual! From Thursday 9th July until Sunday 12th July, we are throwing open our doors from midday each day to welcome all cocktail explorers, flavor hunters, and creatures of the night.
